We buy the Blackcurrent directly from the producer – the Heggli Family in Canton Aargau. The family has been growing organic BIO SUISSE berries since 2013.
Blackcurrants are very rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, they are a nutritional powerhouse! Their acidity add character to the bar and cut through the sweetness of the dates- blending in beautifully with the other ingredients…so delicious they can be addictive!
